By accessing SeniorMatch.app, creating an account, using the app, or interacting with related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any posted policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. The service is positioned for mature singles over 50, but legal eligibility begins at adulthood. You may not use the service if you are prohibited by law or previously removed for violations.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for accurate profile information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Do not share passwords or login codes. Notify support if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User Conduct

• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or abuse other users.
• Do not request money, gift cards, crypto, bank transfers, or financial support from users.
• Do not post illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or deceptive content.
• Do not use stolen photos, fake identities, bots, scraping tools, or spam tactics.
• Respect boundaries and stop contacting someone who asks you to stop.

5. Dating Safety

Users are responsible for their own interactions online and offline. Meet in public places, use your own transportation, tell someone you trust about first meetings, and report suspicious behavior. SeniorMatch.app does not guarantee user identity, compatibility, relationship outcomes, or in-person safety.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant the service permission to host, display, process, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the website and app. You must have rights to anything you upload.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If paid features are offered, prices, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and refund policies should be displayed at purchase. App store purchases may be governed by Apple, Google, or other platform rules.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when users violate these Terms, create risk, engage in scams, or harm the community. We may preserve information when necessary for safety, legal, or fraud prevention purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The SeniorMatch.app name, design, text, software, logos, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that every profile is accurate, every match will be compatible, or every interaction will result in a relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SeniorMatch.app and related parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
